Rob came out to give us an estimate for our awning quickly, walked through multiple options as we went back and forth (my wife and I exploring and changing our minds, not because what they gave us wasn't right). Installed quickly and without issue. Awning has been damaged in the recent wind storms and they are coming out to take a look and fix it. Whole project was pricey and took a while for material, but they were less expensive and faster than the other quotes we received so I feel like we were treated fairly, and the overall service was excellent.

We are so happy we added an awning to our back patio. It kept our house cooler this summer, provided adjustable shade and keeps us dry in a drizzling rain. We have a new outdoor room to enjoy and feel safe with entertaining. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful as well!

Love working with companies that are out to make lifetime customers, which clearly this company is out to do. Couldn’t be happier with our results. My kids are no longer complaining about manually lowering and raising our old shades in this old Mercer Island home. It’s push button and looks great. Would 100% recommend.

Robert is amazing. He came to our house and was very knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous. He showed us all the options and explained in detail each product. He is easy to work with. His crew did a great job installing a very big and heavy louver at our house. When the motor of our louver stopped working, he replaced really fast. I highly recommend Seattle Shade and Awning.
